Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and all activity under your account. Accounts may not be transferred or shared to avoid limits or enforcement.

Nimbus lets users upload source media and create AI-generated videos. AI outputs can be unpredictable, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee a particular result, generation time, availability, or fitness for a specific purpose, and features may change as the service develops.

Current prices, included credits, billing period, and plan features are shown on the pricing section before purchase. Unless a checkout states otherwise, paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout and payment processing may be provided by Creem as merchant of record.

You may cancel before the next renewal through available account controls or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues through the already-paid billing period. Credits have no cash value and may expire as described with the applicable plan.

Refund eligibility is disclosed at checkout and is subject to applicable law and the payment provider's buyer terms. You may request review by contacting support. Amounts already consumed for completed AI generation are generally non-refundable unless the service failed to deliver or the law requires a refund.

You retain your rights in content you upload. You grant Nimbus and its service providers a limited license to host, copy, process, moderate, transform, and transmit that content only as needed to operate and protect the service.

You are responsible for having all required rights and consents. Your ability to use generated media depends on the rights in your inputs, applicable law, and any third-party model terms. Public publishing is optional and gives Nimbus permission to display and distribute that selected result.

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may block requests, remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access where necessary to enforce that policy, protect users, or comply with law.

Nimbus is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for Nimbus during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms and will publish the revised date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions, cancellation requests, and notices can be sent to support@flyingcar-ai.online.
