We may collect your name, email address, authentication and session data, account activity, credit usage, support messages, and basic technical logs such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and security events.

When you create a video, we process the images or videos you upload, your text prompt, generation settings, and the resulting media. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes; Nimbus does not store your plain-text password.

We use this information to operate the service, authenticate users, create and deliver videos, maintain account history and sharing features, prevent abuse, enforce our policies, provide support, and improve reliability.

User prompts may be screened by automated safety services before generation. We do not sell your personal information or uploaded media.

We use service providers only as needed to run Nimbus. These may include Cloudflare for hosting, database and file storage; fal.ai for AI video generation; Resend for transactional email; Google for optional sign-in; and Creem for payment and prompt-moderation services when enabled.

These providers process data under their own security and privacy terms. Information may be processed in countries other than your own.

Uploads and generated results may be retained so your history, downloads, and sharing links continue to work. Generations are private by default and become publicly discoverable only when you choose to publish them.

We retain account and service data while needed to provide Nimbus, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. You may request deletion; some limited records may remain where legally or operationally required.

Nimbus uses essential cookies for sign-in and session security. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, portability, restriction, objection, or deletion of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.

Nimbus is not intended for children under 18. We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change, and will post the revised date on this page.
