Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to every prompt, uploaded image or video, generated result, public share, and attempt to access Nimbus. You must be at least 18 and have the rights and permissions needed for everything you upload.

• Sexually explicit, pornographic, fetish, or otherwise NSFW content, including sexualized nudity.
• Any sexual content involving minors, people presented as minors, or age-ambiguous persons.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, face swaps, deceptive deepfakes, or realistic impersonation without clear authorization.
• Exploitation, trafficking, child abuse, terrorism, extremist propaganda, or instructions facilitating serious harm.
• Graphic violence, credible threats, targeted harassment, hateful conduct, or encouragement of self-harm.
• Fraud, scams, identity theft, misleading political or commercial media, or evasion of safety and payment controls.
• Content that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights, including media you do not have permission to use.
• Malware, illegal goods or services, spam, abusive automation, or any activity prohibited by applicable law.

Do not upload or generate media depicting a real person in a sensitive, sexual, defamatory, deceptive, or materially altered context without their informed permission. Nimbus is not a face-swap or deepfake service.

Prompts may be screened before generation. Nimbus may block prompts that are denied, flagged, or cannot be safely reviewed. Attempts to evade safeguards, including coded language or repeated variants, are prohibited.

We may reject a generation, remove public content, restrict features, suspend or terminate an account, preserve relevant records, and report activity where required by law. Enforcement may occur without advance notice when necessary to protect users or the service.
